8:00 am: Departure from bus office at 56 Tran Nhat Duat Street or 96 Nguyen Huu Huan Street. 11:30 a.m.: Arrive at Cat Ba Island. Have lunch in a local restaurant then, you have one hour to discover the city of Cat Ba 1:30 p.m.: The bus picks you up to go to Cat Ba National Park. Start hiking through the forest. It is the most beautiful hike with 11 km of the hike 3:30 p.m.: Short break at Ao Ech pond where frogs live 5:00 PM: Continue hiking to Viet Hai Village – a remote village in the national park. Discovery of the daily life, the history of this village 6:00 p.m.: Settling in with the locals. Free time to rest or stroll around the village 7:00 p.m.: Dinner and overnight stay with locals
8:00 a.m.: Breakfast and check out 9:00 a.m.: Transfer to Viet Hai pier to cruise to Lan Ha Bay. 10h00-11h00: You go to the most beautiful beach in the bay, you swim 12:00 p.m.: Have lunch on the boat 2:00 p.m.: The boat takes you to Grotte Sang et Toi for kayaking in the bay and in the cave 3:30 p.m.: Return to Ben Beo port and drive back to Hanoi 7:30 p.m.: Arrival in Hanoi.
