Start your visit to Hanoi with two high spiritual places in the area: the Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest in the capital (6th century), relocated in 1615 to the shores of West Lake, and the most original called Pagoda au single pillar (11th c.). Then, transfer to visit the Temple of Literature. This masterful representation of traditional architecture was dedicated, under the monarchical period, to the cult of Confucius, letters and great scholars of the kingdom.
